Opening & pouring
Explore tear behaviour, opening geometry, grip and practical dispensing. Start with what the person using the pack finds difficult.
OPEN • DIRECT • EMPTYSachet improvement for international projects
Your sachet already has a job to do. Explore a focused improvement for your international project.
Focused development and practical comparisons for opening, pouring, sealing and carefully considered material changes.
Existing pack. One defined question. An agreed paid scope.
01 / A focused service
BetterSachet helps brands assess practical improvements to existing sachets through separately scoped paid work. We turn a pack problem into a defined question and a proportionate comparison.
Eligibility and ordinary quote information come first. Separately scoped development follows only when the project is suitable and capacity is available.

OPEN • DIRECT • EMPTYReview a specific seal or production issue with the current product, material and process in view. Candidate changes depend on supported equipment and methods.

SUITABILITY BEFORE CLAIMS02 / Current pack → Candidate change
A pilot is useful when it helps you decide what to do next—even when a proposed change doesn’t work.
A / CURRENT-PACK OBSERVATION
The opened sachet is difficult to position above the intended container.
B / CANDIDATE TO ASSESS
Evaluate a supported opening change while keeping the comparison conditions consistent.
Opening consistency, practical dispensing and any trade-offs that need further work.
Compare the agreed product and conditions. A small trial does not establish shelf life, food safety, transport durability or an official accessibility rating. Any specialist external testing needs a separate agreed scope.
03 / From problem to next decision
One product, one baseline, one carefully chosen change. A written scope keeps the study useful and the work bounded.
Tell us about your existing pack and next decision. We review eligibility, available capacity and what is already covered by any current project.
Set the candidate, methods, sample quantities, deliverable and fee. External costs and production work are agreed separately.
Record the agreed observations, conditions and limitations. Identify what improved, what worsened and what remains uncertain.
Proceed, revise, keep the current pack or stop. A useful report supports the next decision; production is a separate commitment.
A little clarity before you enquire
Separate the opening problem from the dispensing problem—and make the brief more useful.

Clear boundaries make a better project.
BetterSachet focuses on improving existing primary sachets. New-project development and outer multipacking are separate services. Project scope and available capacity are agreed before work begins.
International projects are reviewed for fit. Tell us the intended destination and the markets where the product will be sold. Project scope, required evidence, any sample or delivery arrangements, and available capacity must be agreed before work begins.
The written proposal defines the question, current pack, candidate change, comparison method and deliverable. A report can record observations, cost implications, limitations and the next specification. Scope and pricing are agreed individually. Ordinary suitability and quote information are not a paid study, and work already covered by an accepted scope is reviewed before proposing additional fees.
A material name alone cannot establish suitability. The exact construction, product, process, protection requirements and intended use need review. Recyclability, environmental claims, barrier performance and shelf life each require appropriate evidence for the finished pack and relevant market.
No claim of in-house accredited testing or certification is made. Where specialist laboratory or formal accessibility work is needed, competent external providers and their scope and cost must be agreed separately.
Timing depends on eligibility, the agreed work, materials, any specialist support and available capacity. An enquiry is a request for review, not a booking or guaranteed delivery date.
Please keep formulas, sensitive personal information and confidential attachments out of the initial enquiry. If detailed specifications or samples are needed, an appropriate method for sharing them can be agreed later.
Your next production decision
A short brief helps us review the fit. Approximate answers and “not sure” are welcome.
We review eligibility and capacity before proposing any paid work. No instant booking, fixed fee or production commitment.
International enquiries need destination-specific review. This form does not confirm shipping, export eligibility, regulatory acceptance or insurance coverage.
No formulas or uploads needed.
Preparing a brief does not send your information to us.
Thank you. We will review the project’s fit, scope and available capacity before proposing next steps.
