Your information

A small brief.
Handled with care.

Updated 10 October 2026

Who receives an enquiry?

BetterSachet’s enquiry handling and any agreed services are managed by SachetsCo Pty Ltd. Online sending is currently unavailable. Preparing a brief does not send it to us.

What the form asks for

Intended destination and sales markets, product category, an existing-pack description, the improvement area, approximate scale and timing, and contact information help us assess and respond to the request. Name, email and destination choice are required; “not decided” is accepted for an unresolved destination. Company, phone and most project detail are optional.

Please do not include confidential formulas, sensitive personal information or confidential attachments. Any later exchange of specifications or samples needs an agreed method for sharing them.

Before you press Send

The draft stays in the open page’s memory. Your answers are not saved to browser storage and will be cleared if the page closes or reloads. After a sending attempt, a reference and a fingerprint of the brief may be kept in this tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours to recognise an unchanged retry. The record contains no answer text or contact fields. You can review and edit your brief before any sending attempt. If delivery is unavailable, the form says so and no enquiry is sent.

When sending is enabled

The form uses a secure POST request. Answers are not put in page addresses or advertising analytics. A received message appears only after the server confirms acceptance. A submission reference helps recognise repeated attempts after an interrupted connection.

Authorised staff and necessary hosting or delivery providers process the submitted information for the enquiry. No advertising trackers or marketing opt-in are included in this site.

Questions or corrections

Online enquiries are currently closed. Contact information and the arrangements for handling submitted enquiries will be published here before sending becomes available. Preparing a brief does not send your information to us.
